2008 Saturn Vue Xe not starting

What do i swap? And what fuse am i checking is it the one in the interior or the one under the hood? if i’m correct do i take out the fuse for the starter/relay?

Gary is telling you to swap that starter relay with another relay in the fuse box. Just make sure the other relay has the same numbers on it. Maybe the horn relay or fuel pump relay. IDK, because I've never even opened the hood on a VUE.

Okay i swapped the starter relay with the horn relay fuse and it still doesn’t crank. i made sure the starter relay worked when i placed it in the horn relay placement by honking the horn. i’m not sure what could be the problem now

Need to check that there are 12 volts on pin 30.
Will this crank if you apply 12 volts to the starter?

Is this for the ECM? you have to be more specific. pin 30 i’m assuming the ECM or am i missing something i’m. i’m not sure if this is inside the fuse box

Put 12 volts on the starter. Will it crank?

Do what Gary told you. The easiest way to do this it to take your booster cables and take the connected cable from the positive post on the battery and touch it to the large connector on the starter. Don't try to attach it, just touch it to the connection and tell him if the starter works then. He will tell you what to do after you answer his question.
