Battery must be dead by now. Can you start it If you jump it from a known good battery in a running vehicle?

Did the vehicle just not start one day or did something happen that precipitated the engine no longer running followed by never being able to start it again?

How many miles?

Have you checked the battery cables for clean, tight connections? It doesn't take much corrosion to kill one. My first suspicion is simply a dirty, loose ground cable and connection.

Yes a known good, charged battery is essential.
Do the lights ( headlights or dome light) dim when you turn the key to start ?
If not then I suspect something in the starter circuit.

If they do then either the engine is unable to turn over or the starter is defective.
Have you tried to turn the motor over by hand ?

Okay......

How about we all slow down and let this person answer at least one question?

That and I am not sure how you use headlights to diagnose starter issues so let's take a step back.....
