I'm thinking the relearn process for the throttle actuator control system was not successful.
Here's what I found for the procedure, although other sources say it must be done with a tech 2 at the dealer. I would venture to guess that a powerful enough scanner could do this as well. But the following is supposedly the manual process.
I find it interesting that it starts by telling you to turn the key to off as the first step. I don't know if that means that the key should be on with the engine running or on with the engine off but as long as you meet the specs in the test either seems it would be okay.
