nope, all youll find is those cheap ebay scams where people claim like 20hp for a stupid chip that suaposedly changes your air flow signal. But it really does nothing

 

Thats not true. It does do something. Just nothing good.

It fools the PCM into thinking the engine is colder than it reallt is and richens up the fuel muxture. They rely on the fact that people believe the more fuel = more power. In reality, Saturns really run too rich to begin with. Adding theis "chip" richens up the mixture and ends up clogging up the catalytic converter, fouling the spark plugs and O2 sensos(s). And after all that, the car isnt any faster. Its actually slower and has less power.
