I have a 97 Saturn SW2 that I want to change the oil in the transaxle in and the owners manual says to use ATF. Is this correct? I want to switch to this:

Also, is the capacity 2.5 quarts?

Thanks,
Arron

Yep, ATF. Most swear by Mobil 1 synthetic

I went ahead with the Royal Purple Synchromax. What a difference! The trans feels like new. Very smooth and very quiet now.
