Strange Squealing

Hello there,
So my 99 SL2 is making an incredibly high pitched squeaking/squealing sound from the front end. I checked everything I could think of but it''s all normal. The strange thing is that it stops when I hit the brakes, and only really gets loud at about 30MPH. At wits end here.
