Sticky clutch cable?

Sticky clutch cable?
Hey everyone I am new to the forums and I have a 95 sl2. The Clutch seems sticky only when it's being pulled out an only from the fully depressed state. It's also more noticeable when it's hot out. Any ideas or solutions? Thanks
