So occasionally my engine runs very rough when I first start it up, it shakes and doesn't shift gears properly (automatic trans) then it clears up fine. It seems to only happen when it's wet outside. Could it be a wet distributor? suggestions?

well you don't have a distributer so i don't think it is that.

Check you plug wires to make sure there are no cracks in the wires, if there are then repalce them. also check to make sure the connectons are tight.

First off you dont have a distributor. You have a coil pack, actually you have two of those. Check to make sure those are tight, and the connections are clean, inspect your plugs, and your wires. And then check the wires going into the top of the transmission. Let me know the results and ill try to think of something else.
