please help

how do you remove the steering wheel cover to remove the steering wheel on a 01 sl2

1) Disable the airbag and SIR system


2) Disconnect the battery cable (negative lead)


3) Remove the four (4) screws from the back side of the steering wheel (the side of the steering wheel facing the dash), pull out the inflator module, unplug the electrical connector and remove the module. Lay the module down carefully, with the drivers side facing up.

ther is only 2 t20 screws in the back sid and nothing else i keep pulling andpulling and nothing. i cant find out whats holding it on.
