Unhappy No Power at all in my 97 SL Sedan

Okay,I bought this car 2 months ago and the windshield wipers didn't work and I couldn't find a fuse for them, then my battery light started going off occasionally. Then the other night I went to Subway and when I came out the ignition just made a buzzing sound and wouldn't start.I tried to pop start it and nothing. I had it towed to my house and it had no power.I guess I left the lights on and teh next morning my battery was at 8 so I replaced it. I still have 0 power,no lights,no clock,no overhead light when I open the door,no buzz when teh keys in,nothing.Checked all the fuses under the hood in the fuse box,all good. HELP!!!

Replace the main positive battery cable - it has failed internally from your description....
