Cool Newbie needs some fuel pump help

Hey everyone I have 2001 sl1 with a 1.9 sohc EFI, she cranks but won't start. Got spark and cps is good and I hear the pump prime when I turn key, however I have zero pressure at the Schrader valve, replaced fuel filter and fuel pump, no luck. Checked all fuses from under hood block as well as instrument panel block and relays too. Everything checks out good until I get to the trunk connector. When I turn the key to "ON" the voltage is only 7.6 volts instead of 12... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

One of your fuel lines is clogged up. The 7.6 volts at the connector if you are probing the back of the connector while plugged in would be normal. It would indicate a pump running but can't pump because the line pressure there is max'd out due to no fuel flow.
