Default Line Pressure Control Solenoid 1999 saturn SW2

Forgive my ignorance, The car has 240k miles on it. It's a 1999 SW2, there are 5 control valve modules on the transmission, is one the control module and the others for upshifts? I just changed the radiator and now the car is very sluggish and will not shift properly. Is it possible that there was crap in the new radiator that got into the system to cause this? Is it just coincidence? I pulled all of the modules, they all click and seem to close when activated (It's not the best test but I put a rubber hose on them and blew threw the hose when activated and they seem to seal ok) They all have the same ohm reading. If there is any one module that should be replaced first which one should it be? I will be replacing the filter and trans fluid at the same time ( it was changed last about 20k miles ago.) Any info. would be appreciated.
