Default Hoping its an easy fix

Hello, this morning, when backing out of my parking space and this only happened once, meaning that when I parked again and tried this, that I could not make it happen again. In reverse, with the wheel turned all the way to the right so I was going to the left, I got a grinding noise. I could not make it do that again. I drove to a different space in the complex first. I think this might be a power steering fluid issue. I haven't checked it yet but I will. If that's it, that's an easy fix. If its the wheel bearings, or brakes, not so easy as I can't afford expensive repairs. Advice is welcome!

Check the level of the power steering fluid first. Next, check the serpentine belt for wear and/or looseness. Also, check the tensioner, and make sure it's still in good shape. Also, check the CVCC boots on both the inner and outer ends of the half-shafts to make sure they aren't broken/damaged.

Also, make sure your plastic fender well didn't come unsnapped. They are only held in by a few plastic clips.
