egr

I have a 92 saturn with a vac. operated egr valve. I race it on the week ends and was wondering if i could take it off and block the ports with a plate?

I dirt track race and we have 2 heads we are milling down and they have the angled port for the electric egr vavle and i have a vac. egr. We have two 95 and two 92 cars
