could anyone please tell me where the ect sensor is located on a 2000 sli sohc. i drained the coolant and have the new sensor to put in but cannot locate where it is. help would be greatly appreciated.

the ect sensor is located on the cylinder head on the drivers side if u have a problem with problem with temp not reading correctly in engine data it would be necessary to replace the sensor and harness

i have a 94 sl2 and i replaced my ects becuase it was idling rough and
having a tough time turning over, the only way to get my car to start
was to hold the gas to the floor
