HI everyone.great forum here.i have a 1998 sl2 auto with 160000 miles on it.i thought i wrote something before but cant find it.so if yous allready saw it sorry.here we go.everytime my car revs to 1100 rpms it cuts out or a deadspot people call it.after 1100 rpms the cars runs great.changed the tps and cleaned the tb.i put new wires and plugs in.so please helpEdited by: sw2cam

tough to read your post with everything jammed together

and I did the edit to get rid of the tracker.

thanks.i dont know how to get rid of tracker? sorry for having everthing jammed together.

problem was.Symptom: Hesitates under part throttle, may feel like an engine misfire, ignition system and fuel delivery system test good.



System: Emissions/PCM/Fuel, Engine Ignition



Codes: Possible P0300, P0301, P0304



Problem: The #1 and #4 Spark Plug Wires are reversed which causes the injector timing to be off by 180 degrees.



Test & Fix: Verify the correct Spark Plug Wire installation order of 4, 1, 2, 3.
