Default Coolant Leak

I don't know much about cars, so I am hoping for some help. My coolant is leaking heavily- as soon as I add some to the reservoir, it ends up dripping onto the ground. Here are a few pictures. I just need to know what to buy in order to fix it. For a little bit of context, its behind the engine so I know its not the radiator. It looks like some sort of pvc looking thing that connects a hose to a metal piece.
