Brake line questions

Default Brake line questions
Rear brake lines are rusty so I have a few questions regarding repairs. It's the rear brake line that sits in the rear subframe.
  1. ​​​​​what size line should be used?
  2. Metric or SAE thread?
  3. Are the flares double or standard flare that go to the drums?

It's uniform throughout. All lines are 3/16 double flare.
