Getting a P0140 code --2nd air supply--Air pump I replaced the air pump, relay, sol. on diverter. what am I missing -- code still displays

the pipe that goes into the exhaust manifold maybe clogged with carbon if it is most likly the channels in the manifold and ports in the head are clogged also.would need to take the manifold off the clean
