Default ac blower circuit

newbe here. proud poppa, 3 redheads and grandpoppa of redheaded girl.
also proud of my 2000 SL2. This weekend ac blower shut down. traced 12 volts to and from speed switch, but nothing at ac blower relay coil. schem shows bcm inbetween. anyone know where its at? And how do i get to it? Thanks

From your comments, I assume the interior blower motor is not running in any switch setting. Check the IGN3 fuse both in the Instrument Panel FuseBlock (IPFB) and the UnderHood Fuse Block (UHFB). Assuming those both to be good, then check for voltage out from the blower motor resistor pack (DK BLU wire).

U r correct. Its not running at any speed setting. I have voltage out of resistor pack. I also have 12vdc off my speed setting switch on OR wire. My schematic shows that goes to bcm module. Out of bcm module is another OR wire which goes to blower relay. I don't have voltage at my relay. Do you know where the bcm is located? Thanks

The only time the HVAC blower relay energizes, is when the blower speed switch is set to high. Since the blower is not running in ANY of the speed settings, we need to look elsewhere.

The DK BLU wire from the resistor pak is connected to terminal 87A of the blower relay. That is the normally closed contact (NC) on the relay and feeds its power out on terminal 30, the PPL wire.

Remember, the blower motor resistor pak receives voltage IN on either the YEL or TAN or LT BLU wires, and sends that voltage OUT on the DK BLU wire to terminal 87A. If you have a spare relay, it might be a good idea to swap it out, just for test purposes...

I swapped the fuel pump relay with the blower relay with no luck. After tracing and ohming the wires to and from the resistor pack, I pulled the fuse block out and sure enough there was my problem. The fuse block consists of 3 parts sandwiched together. Taking the block apart revealed my problem. The terminal was burnt inside of the block. That terminal was the 12v to the blower. I appreciate the help you gave. Thanks for leading me in the right direction.
