92 no fuel
#2
Fuel Pump relay is in the Instrument Panel Junction Block (IPJB) -- located on the bottom left side of the center console. The Fuel pump relay is the top left of the 4 relays.
You can use the others in the IPJB to test, as they are all identical.
Also check the 10A fuel pump fuse (#12? check the inside cover of the IPJB).
Additionally, when you turn the key to the on position (not cranking) you should hear a humming for about 2 seconds (fuel pump relay energized and the fuel system building pressure) and then a click (relay de-energizing). If you don't hear this, the relay is most likely bad.
I think you have to remove the tank to get to the pump on a 92.
