I am glad to be a part of this forum. Does anyone know if a leather seat will inter exchange between a 1995 and a 2002? I believe they are both SL.

That's a good question..you're going from a 1st gen design to a 3rd gen design....

Rube -- from walking the yards do you have any experience w seat interchangeably across generations?

 

Unfortunately, no, derf, I don't. I never really paid that much attention to them. I never wanted leather seats in any of mine, so didn't even look. I just looked for direct swaps for the early S series that I owned. I don't see why the interchange wouldn't work though. Might have to swap the seat cushion to the S series frame but they'd probably work. Only way to know is to look at the way they both mount and pull some quick measurements.
