The connector cooked itself after 24 years and disintegrated. I don't know which went left or right relative to the other. I'm thinking polarity. If I reverse it, will I cook the blower motor?

This charm diagram shows the connector, but doesn't show the individual wires. Will the direction reverse if the wires are reversed and will the motor still be okay if I guess wrong?

 

Answering my own question. This diagram shows the connector and the correct wire colors.
