Default Solution: at work for 4 hours, turn the car over and the dashboard goes dark

EDIT: MERGED THE NO START POST WITH THIS THREAD AS THEY ARE RELATED

I'm putting this in the forum for others to learn from, just in case. The battery is only 14 months old. I had driven for an hour plus having driven to work. I parked the car, came back out, turned the car over and every light in the dashboard went dark. Yes, I had been removing the negative terminal from the battery as I was replacing the ICM and coils over the previous few days.

The AAA tech tightened down the two terminals to the battery and everything works as expected now.

Another lesson learned.

Yep, you always need to clean the battery posts and cable ends when you put a new battery in. Then you tighten the cables tight enough that if you try to wiggle them, they won't move. I'm guessing all you had was a loose cable. Like you said though, lesson learned. I'm happy to hear that it was something simple.
