Default 1997 SW2 pcv hose

So I thought I'd go ahead and replace the leaking valve cover gasket while I was replacing the dead alternator.
The pcv hose crumbled when I pulled it loose. Too destroyed to put back on.
I'm having a terrible time finding a replacement.
Dorman has one for air duct to valve cover but no one seems to have the one from the pcv valve to the intake.
Anyone have any suggestions?

This one?

This looks like the one that hooks up to the air intake ducting. not the PCV but I did not double check the part number.

Going to keep looking

This is on eBay

Kind of bizarre, but the doorman 46060 and the GM 21007268

Seem to be listed as the correct part numbers to replace the PCV outlet hose but that goes to the intake. I will agree 100% that the picture looks like the other hose you mentioned. I know on my 97 it is much shorter, has clips holding it on, and has additional insulation protecting it from heat damage.

I would pull one up on eBay and ask the seller to photograph the actual part you will receive. I think the stock picture is wrong.

Yeah, everything seems to direct to that one which is not what I need.
This is what I need and it's as you described Derf:

Take the old one (what's left of it) to a parts store and see if they'll try to match it for you or let you look through the hose collection and see if you can find one that'll work. I used to do that for people when I worked for both Autozone and Advance. If we were busy, I'd let them come behind the counter and search for themselves. Pissed off the managers, but I built up a lot of loyal customers by doing that. Both stores lost customers when I quit.

You might try a brute Force search of a GM parts site simply using the search term PVC outlet hose without selecting a year or model.

Might also look up the ventilation hose and see if they are just listed backwards regarding part numbers.

Everywhere I search, including fighting with AI on Android, tells me the doorman 46060 is the correct outlet hose from the PCV. I haven't seen a full description for it but it's only three to four inches long whereas the ventilation hose is significantly longer. If you can find a local parts store that has the 46060 you can just look at it in person. I take it the one on the original 97 engine went bye-bye with the engine?

You can also search car-parts.com 97 through 2002 are supposedly the same

Okay this is getting annoying. Not you, listings.

Here is the actual original GM part with the actual original correct picture

Here's where I found the doorman 46060 according to AI. Note that it also says that is the exact replacement of the hose that describes at the beginning of the text which is the outlet hose Finding the GM 21007268 PCV hose in stock can be tricky since it's officially discontinued, but there are still brand-new aftermarket and "New Old Stock" options available as of February 2026.

Here are the current best places to find it:

1. In-Stock Aftermarket (Fastest Options)

The most common direct replacement is Dorman 46060. It is an exact match for the Saturn 1.9L engine.
  • AutoZone: Currently lists the Dorman 46060 for approximately $9.19. Most stores can have it for same-day or next-day pickup.
  • PartsGeek: In stock for $9.41 (plus shipping). They currently show at least 16 units in their main warehouse.
These are New Old stock apparently from dorman.
I say go for it.
I have to do laundry. Bye for now

Here's what I did for now. It's ugly but works.

PCV hose fab
PCV hose fab

The Dorman hose everybody lists is the longer one to the right going from the valve cover to the intake duct.
Definitely not the right part for the PCV.
