Default 1996 sl1 please help

I just recently put in a junkyard motor a while back and now im having issues with it not idling correctly and a lag in acceleration
have codes that pop up
leading me to believe its either a pcm or coilpack... i believe
the codes are as followed 1620 low coolant circuit.... (has a new coolant sensor and wiring...)
p0401 Egr insufficient detected.... (Newer egr and cleaned the passageways )
p1640 quad driver module a malfunction that was on before i put the junkyard motor in....
p1599 engine stall or near stall detected (does feel like it wants to die when sitting at a light.
p1641
p0326 knock sensor 1 circuit range performance bank one
please help
THANKS

The "1599" code is set because of the improper idle.

The "1620" code is for low coolant in the overflow tank. Probably a gummed up sensor
