After my repair of my Odometer (see previous post) I need a to replace the cover for the whole dash.

The part is called the Upper Trim Panel #21040579.

My dash cover has both the right and left sides broken off and are currently supper glued togeather.

I have already contacted GM obsolete parts and it is not in stock so if any one has a source for this part please direct me in good direction...

You talking about the hard plastic cover that is held on by 2 screws and then pops out at the front? If so, I can look for one for you the next time I go to Pull-A-Part. Only a 94 or earlier will fit, though. They changed the location of the screws in 95 towards the center of the dash. I pulled one out of a 4 door sedan and it fits pretty well. Not quite as wide as the 2 door, but I'll live with it. Let me know if you're interested in me finding one or not. I can get you one for about $40 plus shipping to your door.
