the car wont rev past 4200 witht the clutch in or out or driving what could be wrong the check engine light is on but its not OBD2 so i cant scan it i gpt the car and it needed a clutch so i put one in and i dont think i left anything unhooked so whats the deal

my car did the same thing and i replaced the tps (throttle position sensor) and it never did it again. i dont know if that was the problem but u could start there.

 

check your other thread. you're missing a connector...
