Power Steering noises

The last few days, when making a turn (mainly right), there is a creaking to clunking sound in the front end of my 2003 L300.

Is this a common problem with this model?

It has 59,000 miles on it...

It's a common problem in cars for the belt to go bad, for the tensioner to go bad, for the rack to go bad. Now you just need to find out just whats gone bad.
