92 saturn was running good. abuot 20 miles in to my drive started to run rought then quit runing.when it starts up in wont run less you theter the gas.idels up and down.wont run smouth.any ideas.

Clean EGR valve and the ports it connects to.

 

Have you checked the engine coolant temperature sensor (ECTS), that's prone to cracking? The symptoms of a failed coolant sensor would either be running rich and idling high or fails to run and stalls unless blipping the gas pedal. The original coolant sensor is made of resin and very problematic unless replaced witha newbrass sensor.
