If there's an Advance Auto Parts near you, take it there instead. Sometimes it just depends on the store employee, but having worked for both in the past, I've noticed that the Advance employees seem to know a little more than the idiots they hire at Autozone nowadays. I'd never go back to work for either one, but that's a different story. Do you pull your own wrenches or have a trusted mechanic that you've been going to for years?

I understand. There are so many unscrupulous ones around nowadays that screw people over. And they naturally assume a female doesn't know anything about cars, so they really rake you over the coals if they think they can get away with it. The more you can learn on your own and with help from forums, the better off you'll be. I'm taking a pic of my fuse box, but will have to wait for my daughter to get some time to load the pics. I'm not computer savvy at all since two brain surgeries. It's just easier for me to get her to post pics for me than try to show me over and over again. My comprehensive and cognitive "skills" got messed up with the brain surgerires 10 years ago. I ain't been right in the head since! LOL
