Help someone! I need help with my radio guys! My L300 Series Saturn needed a new alternator and after I got that fixed my radio went into lock mode. I went through everything that my book says and nothing works! It’s in lock mode because that’s what it says on the screen. The only dealership around wants to charge me $128 an hour. Can someone please help me!!!

What year is your L? I have a factory service manual set for a 2002.

 

Do you have the owner’s manual for this car? If so the previous owner may have written the 4 digit security code in the book.

 

Can someone here tell me how to get out of the lock up in my radio please and find the code! Please help me!

 

I guess she can’t read or answer questions.
If you do not have the code for your radio take the car to the dealer or install an aftermarket radio.

Well, thanks anyways but after reading some other stuff on here, I figured it out on my own. This I think is the dumbest feature ever. So sorry I wasn’t here to reply to you right away but I do have a life outside of my computer and I came back as soon as I could!
