I was trying to lock the cams in place, and the kit i bought wouldnt line up with the cams on the left side of the engine. I made a mistake, and I hope it isn't a huge one, I loosened the tensioner and was trying to get the cams to line up so I could fit the lock and the belt came up off the teeth of the inner left cam and the cam rotated a quarter turn before "stopping" im not sure if i caught it or if the piston caught it. I think it was the latter, any advice to get that camshaft back counter clockwise a quarter turn? If I take the belt off the far left one will also spring so I have to hold that one in place. Any advice helps, thanks in advance.

Put a wrench on it and turn it back. Did you rotate the crank the 60 degrees? If you did you did not hit a piston.

im pretty sure I hit a piston it made a clang noise, but it might not have, the crank was at the 4 o clock position roughly. I hope I didn't mess anything up. I didn't know you could turn them by wrench. I've been using a small pry bar. I thought that bolt on the front would loosen the sprocket from the cam. Its dark now, but tomorrow I will give that a try

If the crank was at 4 o'clock you did no damage.

I finally got around to getting the timing belt on and got my uncle to come so we could set the Cams all in line, and now I have a crank no start, even with ether. No bad sounds coming from motor, any ideas?

Did you get both the cam and crank sensors connected?

I never disconnected any of them, I have a new CKP but it used to start even with a bad one so it might have just went totally out. I guess ill put the new one in, this limited daylight makes it hard to find time to work on it with my new work hours

Was the crank shaft at top dead center (Timing mark at 6 o'clock) when you put the belt on ?

Did you happen to take a picture of the belt fully installed such that we on the forum can verify that it is in time? Not saying I don't trust you, but it's one of those things that only you can see. We cannot unless you have a picture.
