What's the secret to replaing the Center High Mount Stop Light Cover on my 2002 LW 300? I replaced a bulb, but can't get the cover to snap back into place. There are two holes in the upper portion of the back wagon door that are supposed to receive two metal inserts in the cover. I align the cover with the holes and try pushing, but cannot get the inserts to take hold and the cover to snap in place. Consequently, the cover falls off and hangs down by the electrical cord everytime I hit a bump. Very frustrating! Thanks for any help.Edited by: sw2cam

 

FSM says "Position the cover tabs to the slots.
Install the cover pressing into place until fully seated."

All I can suggest is to see if anything is in the way and/or press a little harder.
