When I turn on the AC, the coolant fans do not come on. The AC of course blows out warm air at idle, but feels good going down the road. I noticed that one of the coolant fan fuses were blown and upon investigation, I found the condensor fan locked up, so I replaced the fan and the fuse, but the fans still don't turn on with AC, they only cycle on and off with engine temp. I shorted the control wires to the fan control module to ground and both fans run properly in low and high speed. Seems the ECM is not sending the signal to turn on to the FCM. Could someone send me in the right direction for locating the problem?
