2002 L300 interior dimmer switch
As we all know the instrument panel dimmer switch is a big PIA.
My question is; can it be bypassed ?
I only want my lights to be full brightness, dont need a dimmer.
Any thoughts

Update on the dimmer. i decided to puller the dimmer switch out and examine it. The connector has 6 wires going to it. Mine has the trunk lid release ( Seams to be 2 wires to it) .
Disassembled the dimmer switch. The wheel has to contact fingers that contact 2 circuits on a circuit board. I had read that the fingers could lose contact and need to be bent outward. In attempting this one of the fingers broke off.
Fearing the worst I reassembled everything and tried it.
Lo and behold the instrument panel is at full brightness.
The wheel is now unable to change that. Not exactly how I was wanting to fix my issue, But it achieved the desired result.
