Default Slight Water Problem

I have a 2006 Ion quad coupe that is leaking water into the passanger side when the A/C is on the foot setting and slightly leaks on other settings but when its on FOOT the higher i set the speed the faster the water drips. It looks like it may be leaking from the blower motor and hitting the floor close to the center of the dash. Any one have an suggestions on what it might be ? i did try to blow out the drain with my blow gun but it sounded clean and clear.

sounds like the evaporator condensate (being water) is, by nature of its high surface tension, taking a path less traveled --- and that is making all the difference
