Yep, makes sense. Kind of like adding a transmission cooler to your automatic trans so you can haul things with it.

What shiny thing are you holding that has the packing strap on it? The spacer is pretty obvious.

On another note, RJ would cringe at the level of filth under that RL hood

Longer bolts/studs for the IM all around. Besides that, just a glare.
I know he would. When our carport is officially cleared off and the cars new home, I want to recover all the wiring so I can pour bottles of simple green all over everything and pressure wash it. Plus I want to relocate the PCM so its out of the way.

Call me crazy, but I am not looking into doing a twin charged setup instead of going the TVS route.
Just spent the last 3 hours reading on it, and from what I am gathering, besides the tune being a HUGE pain in the butt to do, I could get between 350-400 on the stock block....DAMN

Now, I specifically mention this here because if I took this information to RLF or CSS, they'll either tell me to either just go TVS or go straight turbo. From what I see, I cant find any threads anywhere, past 2011 on the topic.
It doesn't seem that hard to do.
I'm really considering it. Or being I have a spare 2.2 motor, maybe buy everything needed, and test it on that before I risk blowing up my redline.

Exhaust is done, but no video?! You should know better than that crap, lol...

What's the major tuning problem with being twin charged instead of just being turbo or going TVS?

Lmao ill take one tonight if I get off early enough.
People have an issue figuring out when the boost bypass valve needs to be opened and closed.
Basically trying to get the blower to run small boost on a big pulley, the switch to the snail for mid range, and instead of turbo lag, it releases its pressure back into the blower to pick up boost.
So that valve getting tuned right seems to be the tricky part.
