Default horn???

So my horn went out on my car, well i guess this will be my 3rd or 4th set in this car. It was full of water, guy says he thinks its from puddles, so hes moving them up a little higher. Anyone else have this issue? Lol

Nope. Never had a problem with a horn on any car unless the relay was bad or the horn was defective.

We have had 7 ION's not in which the horn went bad for any reason, and like sw 5 of 7 are lower to the ground by 2 inches than stock.

The horn on my SC2 SUCKS big time, but it does work. On my last SC1, I put a horn off a Cadillac on it. I might do the same on this one the next time I go to Pull-A-Part. Hell, I can get a horn for five bucks. I'd love to put an air horn on it, but don't really have the space. I'll either get Cadilllac horns again of something off an older Buick. They're pretty loud too.

The horn was full of water ?? I'm not sure that you have mounted your replacement horns properly. Saturn originally had the bell of the horns pointing slightly downwards, so any rain/splash would drain away. I've had several Saturns over the years, and the only ones that had the horns replaced were my '93 wagon, and my '02 L200; simply because I wanted a louder sound than what came stock with the car ...
