Have a Sature ION 2004. heater fan will not come on. Checked fuse- its ok. Any ideas?

 

I'm not familiar at all with ION's, but did you check fuses under the hood and inside the car? I'm not positive on the ION, but my SC has a fuse box under the hood and another one inside the car on the passenger side of the console. If you've checked both and not found a blown fuse, I'd suggest trying to get to the blower motor and direct wiring it and see if it works. If it does, it could just be a faulty switch.
