Default Bad Radio Reception

I have tried to clean the antenna connection, where the antenna bolts to the passenger fender. I have put a signal booster, in line between radio and antenna cable. Powered by the 12v DC direct battery. I still have crappy reception. When I use my bluetooth from my phone, the radio works flawlessy. Perfect! The only thing that I have not tried is a new antenna cable, antenna, or radio.
Anyone else have an issue with radio reception B4 I spend alot of $ that is needed elsewhere in my life.
Thanks in advance

Use your phone to access the radio station.
Stream the radio station to your phone.
Connect your phone's Bluetooth to the head unit.

 Hit play.
Relax.

Better fidelity than you'll get over the air in most cases.

Cost: amount of oxygen consumed setting this up in your phone.

Default I door dash...

My phone is consumed with orders and maps....I just want to listen to my radio damnit! I do, however, learned how to get Spotify to play thru Maps. But now it has become "personal between my radio reception and I! I will figure something out. There has got to be a way to get decent reception. I will not quit til I do.

Your answer is quite contradictory.
Just as you get Spotify through maps, you can get I believe Amazon through Waze.

But somehow it's too much trouble?

If you want to listen to AM FM, do it through Bluetooth.
Today's world has 1,000 times the amount of electromagnetic waves propagating from broadcast towers, cell phone towers, bouncing off of buildings, bridges, etc. It's a wonder any of it gets through
The frequency ranges are not supposed to overlap, but the side bands and reflected waves often do.

So you can take the most direct route which will provide likely the best quality sound, or.... Whatever you wish.

If you do come up with a viable solution, please come back and post to this thread so that we all may learn from your experiences.
