I own a 2007 Ion level III and I'm getting two codes (C0035 & C0036) and my ABS light comes on as soon as I turn on the ignition
Can someone confirm that the picture below is the ABS plug (white) and I get 6.16 volts at the white plug. How do I know if that voltage is within range?
The picture above I believe is the actual speed sensor (if anyone can confirm) Is there a way to test that part?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Personally I do not own an ion but others on the board do and I will fetch one of them if they don't show up soon.
Usually the wheel sensors function as magnetic signal pickups and generate a series of square wave pulses from which the ABS control module converts the raw signal into a speed.
If you are getting a code for the front left ABS sensor as well as a circuit performance code, usually that means the sensor itself is not generating any signal, enough signal, or there is a wiring issue and the generated signal is not getting to the ABS control module.

Remember you are looking to measure an AC voltage at the sensor after ensuring that the tone wheel is fine and the Gap is not full of corrosion or junk. See the video.
