I have a 2003 saturn ion. I went to leave turned ignition nothing happened. Waited a few tried again it started. Was sitting in driveway for a few mknutes bef i left car just died all of a sudden. Now headlights work but all inside lights including dash and dome etc do not. It does nothing when u turn key. We changed ignition switch thinking that was problem but that did nothing. Any ideas? Thank u

 

Have you checked the battery cables for corrosion and good, clean connections? Especially the ground cable.

 

What is the voltage across the battery terminals?

Also, was the charging light on the dash illuminated while the car was running?
