I would not recommend upping the fuse to a 15amp device, and here is my reasoning -- normally, the wiring is sized to the fuse (meaning that a smaller fuse will get a smaller size wire). Increasing the fuse size could possibly cause the wire to fail (burn up), causing a fire .....

Yeah that makes sense.. Now everything is working fine.. kind of odd, but hey it's working

How to reset your power windows if the 'auto' function fails.

Roll window down by pushing down to 'first' detent (NOT the auto position); when the window goes all the way down keep holding switch in the first position for 5 seconds.
NEXT
Roll the window up following the instructions above (obviously in first detent in the 'up' position.
