Car affected by cold (I think)
Ever since the temperature dropped My 2008 Aura XR has had problems. The remote start doesn't work, the digital information panel has blank readings (no mileage, temperature, etc.), the speedometer doesn't work, and the transmission doesn't shift gears manually or automatically. These are the only things I have noticed so far.
I will take my car to have it checked for any available error codes at Auto Zone, but in the meantime are there any solutions as to what I should look into?

Is the remote startup a factory or aftermarket setup?
Have you washed under the hood any time recently?
Do these problems go away once the car is warmed up?
Do all of them go away or just some?
You may not have any P Codes (can be read by autozone), but I'm gonna guess you may be having problems with the Body Control Module (BCM), and possibly the CANbus communications backbone (the "network" through which all the different modules talk to each other)--which Autozone scanners cannot display. You need a more powerful scanner to see the other types of codes
It could be something as innocent as moisture trapped in a BCM or PCM connector that is bridging pins.
But start w the simple. Let us know how the Autozone code read goes
Should you have any codes, please post as Pxxxx. Thanks.

Most of todays cars are very sensitive to voltage changes. While at Autozone, have them load test your battery and check your charging system. You might just need a new battery. And, believe it or not, the Duralast Gold series are damn good batteries. I USED to work for AZ and I still get my batteries there when I need one. Otherwise, I don't buy their "electrical" parts or sensors.

Good call on the V angle. Sorry I missed that.
And I have also had very good luck with the Duralast Gold batteries.
It's pretty much the only part from Autozone that's ever been installed in my Saturn.
