There are different spline counts so count carefully. There are also different spline diameters. Hopefully they are exact copies of what came from Opel.

I order the new one from a premium and it all fit also the one in the car is 988mm like 38.2ish and the new one is 37.4

So when I set the inner one and hook in to the hub is the rod supposed to pull some from the inner side a Lil bit while it gets close to being tightened down all the way

The inner joint should move in and out inside the rubber boot. The outer end allows the wheels to steer the car. Little to no in and out at the wheel end.

I've noticed my new 1 slots before the circlip are not aligned with the ones on the end after the clip

Is this a North-American Saturn Astra year 2008?

Is it an automatic or manual transmission?

Are you saying that the splines past the circlip on the end of the CV are not aligned with the splines before the circlip?
