Default Astra electrical gremlin any help?

Hey all!
wondering if anyone’s come across this.2008 astra xe 4 dr. Suddenly I lost all central locking. Button on the dash doesn’t work. Then noticed no windows front or rear. No interior light and all rear lights do not work. I have checked all fuses. I’m getting power right at the fuses but no success. I found some broken wires in the rear passenger door repaired but still no luck! Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Sounds like everything in the entire car is grounded in one splice pack, and that ground has come loose.

Just kidding. I'll post you a link to the wiring diagram.

I was thinking there has to be something that connects them all but trying to find a diagram has been rough! Thank you! It’s driving me mental!

Thanks so much! I edited it right after as I realised I didn’t put year but that’s perfect! I will check all grounds first and hope for the best for what are the chances of having every single wire broken haha. Thank you!!

Well of course I wouldn’t be lucky with the grounds. Am I blind or is there anything else that connects all these circuits? I could also just be dumb cos I’ve looked at this thing for days and it’s pissing me off lol

Thank you for the diagrams. Did all wiring testing which shows my rear fuse box is pooched! Any idea if I can put in a used one or if it needs to be programmed?

Why would it need to be programmed?

I would disassemble and see exactly what you need so you can finish the work in 1 sitting

I went and grabbed one from pick and pull. Everything works great now. I had been told they needed to be programmed as it was like a bcm inside the fusebox. But that’s not the case. Everything works like a dream!

Awesome.
Any clue as to what caused the meltdown?
