Just joined the forum..

Hi all .. and bought me a SC1 for gas saving.. I lowered the front last night.. but the back is still left. Here the questions.

How in the heck do I get the back shock out and stuff its like stuffed into the wheel well hardcore.

Anyone do a write up on it?

thanks everyone

The rear strut is removed similar to the front strut.

- Remove the carpet on the rear shelf inside the car.
- Lift and support the rear of the car
- Remove rear tires
- Disconnect ABS electrical connector (if equipped)
- Remove the two knuckle to strut bolts
- Remove the three upper strut to frame bolts
- Remove the strut from the car

-Remove upper strut bushing
-Remove spring

Install in reverse order.

Extremely simple. I can swap out the springs on a S-Series Saturn in under 45 minutes.Edited by: Low Saturn
