i have a 2000 saturn sc2, its an automatic and when in nutral or park it will only let you rev to about 4000 RPM''s is there a simple way to remove this featur?

No. Rev limiter By design. When signal from vehicle speed sensor {VSS} indicates 0 mph and/or there is no VSS signal at all sensed by the PCM.

Any particular reason you feel the need to approach redline while not moving?Edited by: derf

 

Computer controlled, and no good reason to remove it.
