Im going to work tomm and i have a new belt i want to throw on, i have the manual haven;t really lookd at it yet, is it straight forward, or is their some tricks? and is the tnsioner hard to get at?for a 99SC2

The drive belt is located on the passenger side of the vehicle. Will require a 14mm box wrench. Some people remove the right front tire, others just turn the steering wheel hard over. Place box wrench on the tensioner, and rotate the tensioner clockwise to release tension on the belt. Remove the old belt, and carefully release tensioner. Place new belt over pulleys and rotate the tensioner clockwise again to facilitate final alignment of belt. Ensure new belt is properly positioned on each pulley, then carefully release the tensioner into position on the new belt.
